Meet Us
EY Art Charity was born from a lifelong dream shared by us—Eileen and Yvonne—to create something meaningful, lasting, and full of heart. After years of working in corporate America and exploring different ventures, including life insurance, banking, medical and other business fields, we found purpose in caring for veterans in our own home. For over 12 years, we’ve dedicated ourselves to providing love, dignity, and comfort to those who served our country.
Yet, in our hearts, we still longed to build a business that could bring people joy while continuing to support our mission. That dream began to take shape when a niece in Atlanta inspired us to explore creative artwork—pieces that people would love, buy, and even pass down through generations. With her support and ideas, EY Art Charity came to life.
Our goal is to grow this small, heartfelt business into something lasting—a legacy of love, creativity, and care. As we approach retirement, we hope to spend our years doing what we love while continuing to support the veterans we serve. And one day, we hope our children and grandchildren will carry this mission forward, turning our dream into a lasting family legacy.
Katerina Vadimovna
Operating Director
We are thrilled to welcome Katerina Vadimovna as the Operating Director of the EY Art Charity. With a remarkable career spanning over two decades, Katerina brings a deep well of experience, leadership, and passion to our mission. For 22 years, she served as the President and Artistic Director of Russian Ballet Orlando, a nonprofit ballet company she helped grow into a respected cultural institution.
Katerina is no stranger to building impactful organizations from the ground up. Her expertise in nonprofit management, fundraising, and community outreach has been proven time and again through her success in securing vital funding and orchestrating large-scale charity events. Under her leadership, Russian Ballet Orlando thrived, not only artistically but also as a charitable force within the community.
Now, she turns her energy and passion to a cause close to her heart: supporting our veterans. At EY Art Charity, Katerina is spearheading initiatives aimed at raising funds to help veterans in need—those living in private homes without sufficient care, and those struggling on the streets. Her goal is to restore dignity and provide tangible support to the heroes who have served our nation.
What Katerina Brings to EY Art Charity:
Decades of proven leadership in nonprofit management and development
Extensive experience in fundraising, grant writing, and donor engagement
A deep network of artists, donors, and philanthropic organizations
A passion for service and a personal commitment to uplifting veterans
A strategic vision for growth and community impact
Katerina’s arrival marks a new and exciting chapter for our organization. With her at the helm, we are more inspired than ever to make a meaningful difference. But we can’t do it alone.
Join us. Support us. Get involved.
Whether through donations, volunteering, or spreading the word, every bit helps. Together, under Katerina’s leadership, we can support our heroes and bring hope to those who need it most.
Let’s stand united in this mission—because every veteran deserves dignity, care, and a safe place to call home.
Yvonne Clarke
Yvonne joined the Army Reserves in March 1981 at the young age of 16 and served honorably until March 1987 as a company clerk typist. Inspired by her best friend from high school, who had enlisted and was stationed in Hawaii, Yvonne was motivated to explore the same path.
Although there were no active-duty slots available in Hawaii at the time, recruiters encouraged her to join the Army Reserves with the possibility of transferring later. Throughout her six years of service, Yvonne gained valuable experiences and developed a strong sense of discipline. She completed her commitment with an honorable discharge and looks back on her military journey with pride and gratitude.
